Manage Sign-In Access: Open the sign-in access Google Group to add or remove authorized accounts or change roles. After making changes, select Apply Google Group Changes. Add Retrieve-Only Card: Create a directory card for an approved volunteer retrieve driver whose Google account has already been added to the sign-in access Google Group through Manage Sign-In Access. Creating the card republishes access automatically. Apply Google Group Changes: Apply Google Group membership or role changes without refreshing SSA membership data. Sync SSA Membership & Access: Refresh SSA registration, membership, renewal, and dues data, then apply current Google Group access. Use this when an SSA member’s SSA data has changed, whether or not their Google Group membership or role also changed—for example, after a new or renewed SSA registration is processed.
